The second round of the FIM ARRC (Asia Road Racing Championship) 2024 season will take place at the Zhuhai International Circuit in China from April 19 to 21.
This marks the second consecutive year that ARRC returns to China post-pandemic. During last year’s Zhuhai event, various accompanying activities transformed the circuit into a carnival-like atmosphere – “Happy Times” attracted spectators of all ages, while a giant poster wall under the theme “Chinese New Force” showcased Chinese sports products such as FELO Electric, KAIYUE Motorcycles, AW Ironman, and HPM, among others. Helicopter rides, test drives of foldable electric scooters, and more added to the festive spirit.
Sunday morning’s paddock walk allowed the festivities to reach another peak. Fans and enthusiasts filled the areas in front of team garages, seeking autographs, photos, and team souvenirs. The steady stream of people created a bustling scene filled with laughter and cheers.
As they say, outsiders see the spectacle, insiders see the intricacies. For motorsport enthusiasts, being amidst ARRC’s action reveals a wealth of evolving technologies through subtle cues found on-site.
What new programs and encounters await at the 2024 ARRC Zhuhai round? Attend next week to find out.
